347 Sorauren Avenue Lofts: Toronto Condo Lofts
347 Sorauren is another conversion condominium located in a pleasant residential area of North Parkdale. Formerly it was a ball bearing factory but has since been renovated and now has two new additions. The first of it's two levels features enormous timber columns and beams, and 15 ft. ceilings. Prices begin at $350 per sq. ft. and suite sizes vary from 500 sq. ft. to 1500 sq. ft. The remarkable transformation of Sorauren from this industrial building was completed in 2000.
