Located in southern Ontario, on the eastern side of Toronto, is the beautiful real estate of Scarborough with an area of just over 187 km and a population just short of 600,000 residents. It is distinctively multi-cultural since almost half of the residents were born outside of Canada and offer their own unique ethnicity to the area.

Scarborough is surrounded by beauty from Lake Ontario to the south, Rouge River on the east, to the west is Victoria Park Avenue, and on the north by Steeles Avenue. The gorgeous bluffs that face Lake Ontario only add to its history, heritage, and picturesque side.

Schools thrive from elementary, secondary, and post-secondary educational establishments while available transportation and friendly folks enhance the Scarborough living experience.

This area does have its own character but has kept a great deal of its Old Toronto suburban roots which means it continues to be a popular destination for new Canadian immigrants. With the Rouge Valley, the Bluffs, and the other tributaries and creeks, the topography of Scarborough is referred to as being the most scenic part of the City of Toronto.
