Yonge and Eglinton Market update:

March 2008 Stats for condo’s sold in the area have just been released.  We saw 46 active listings over the month with 27 sales.  The average sale price on condos for the district of C10 (Yonge and Eglinton) was $385,096 with a median price of $350,000.  The list price to sale price ratio was 101 percent.

At present there is an inventory of 51 Condos available in the area priced between $229,000 and $1,755,900.
